Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OkiCard prepaid card services ("Service") provided by OkiCard ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
OkiCard provides a prepaid debit card service that allows users to load cryptocurrency and spend it via established card networks (e.g., Visa or Mastercard).
1.1 Prepaid Nature
This is a prepaid card service.
You may only spend funds that have been successfully loaded onto your card.
Funds are non-refundable once loaded onto the card, except where required by applicable law.
The Service does not provide:
- Credit
- Lending
- Overdraft facilities
- Savings accounts
- Investment services
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
- You are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
- You are not listed on any international sanctions list.
- You are legally permitted to use prepaid financial instruments.
We reserve the right to restrict access where required by law or risk assessment.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must register exclusively through our official Telegram application bot (@okicard_bot).
- Telegram Authentication: Your account is automatically created and linked to your unique Telegram User ID.
- No Traditional Credentials: We do not require or store email addresses, passwords, or traditional login details.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Telegram account and the device you use to access the bot. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Telegram settings.
We are not liable for any loss of funds or unauthorized card usage resulting from your Telegram account being compromised, hacked, or accessed by third parties due to user negligence.
4. Card Issuance & Fees
4.1 Issuance Fee
An issuance fee applies to virtual and physical cards.
The issuance fee is non-refundable once the card is generated.
For physical cards, the issuance fee is non-refundable if the user provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
4.2 Fees
Applicable fees may include:
- One-time issuance fee
- Load fee
- Blockchain network fees
Fees are displayed before confirmation and may be updated at our discretion.
5. Funding & Conversion
Users may fund their prepaid card using supported cryptocurrencies.
Conversion from cryptocurrency to fiat occurs at the moment of transaction processing.
We are not responsible for:
- Blockchain delays
- Network congestion
- Incorrect wallet transfers
- Volatility between deposit and spending
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Fraud
- Sanctions evasion
- Human trafficking
- Weapons trafficking
- Narcotics distribution
- Child exploitation
- Identity theft
- Any activity prohibited by the card issuer or governing law
- Use of stolen funds
- Any activity violating applicable financial regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited activity.
We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.
7. Compliance & Monitoring
Although OkiCard operates under simplified due diligence thresholds, we reserve the right to:
- Monitor transactions for fraud prevention
- Enforce spending limits
- Restrict or suspend accounts for risk management
Use of the Service does not exempt users from applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
8. Risk Disclosure
8.1 Not a Bank
OkiCard is not a bank.
We do not provide banking services, insured deposit accounts, or investment advisory services.
8.2 Cryptocurrency Risk
Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate significantly.
You acknowledge that:
- Market volatility may affect the value of your assets.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- We are not responsible for crypto market losses.
8.3 Technical Risk
We are not liable for:
- Blockchain failures
- Third-party network outages
- Card network disruptions
- Force majeure events
9. Limits & Restrictions
Spending limits apply to all cards.
Limits may include:
- Daily spending limits
- Monthly volume limits
- Withdrawal limits
We may adjust limits to comply with regulatory requirements or risk assessments.
10. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Funds loaded onto the card are non-refundable once processed.
- Merchant disputes must be resolved according to card network rules.
- We are not responsible for merchant service quality.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in prohibited activities
- Required by legal or regulatory order
- We detect fraud or abuse
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- OkiCard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Service
- Blockchain network failures
- Market volatility
- Third-party infrastructure disruptions
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. <
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
